I highly recommend for future writing you establish any outline so you can maintain continuity and avoid spending 15 paragraphs on what products Harry bathed with and the color of thread used to stitch his underwear. (If it doesn't contribute to the story, consider leaving it out. More words are only better if they serve a purpose.)

Okay this has nothing to do with the story which is great. But in your disclaimer, you stated Harry Potter was made before you, does that mean you really are younger then 19 years old? Cause if you are able to write this and go to high school, that's pretty amazing.

Have you tried cutting this down a little? I remember enjoying reading this last time, but it’s so full of descriptions that have no effect on the the plot that it’s difficult to read. I don’t really need to know what he eats; I don’t even really need to know that he does eat. It’s pretty much assumed that he does without going into in-depth descriptions of his croissant. (This applies to 80% of your story.)

I got confused over the timeline. Harry obviously came to this world after the war of the rings but Saruman was defanged and gone at the end of that. Yet here he seems to be on the raise
