Hi!
Gotta say, Edward's sense of humor really brightens my day! (I don't blame him, I don't share my cookies either!) I'm a big fan of the TV show Army Wives, so I know (unfortunately) not everyone comes back safe and sound. :(
I too am an only child - and my mom rocks! Was Edward Sr. trying to push Edward toward following in his footsteps or did he allow Edward to pursue his own passions?

Ok ladies! I just started today and had to stop to say that, of course, I LOVE IT AND THE PREMISE! The sending of girl pics back was brilliant! What a bitch to do that to Edward! But. Of course, we are speaking of Tanya! Lol...I am currently a military wife of 26 years married to a colonel. If you have any questions as this goes on, please don't hesitate to ask. I do have extensive experience, and my husband has been over there twice ( year long each time ) in the last 5 years. Not to mention numerous deployments over the last 26 years. Tanya broke a cardinal rule by breaking up with him over there. to the men and women defending our country, that can truly have catastrophic results. They ALWAYS need a clear head. Looking forward to continuing my read! I have read all of Deb's and LOVE THEM. I am now going to read Jen's. HAPPY WRITING,

Thank you so much for the daily updates - they mean so much to me! I agree with Bella on the coffee issue - love the smell, can't stand the taste (except for Starbucks specialties) - and her career choice (I'm an Education major and plan to teach 3rd/4th grade). And thanks for the Peanut Butter cookies! I love them almost as much as Edward does - LOL!

Eek, ok so like I said in my last review - I am a military wife. So I just have to say that Edward cannot reveal any troop movements. Telling her in email hes going to a specific place at specific time would result in a black out - no communication until it was deemed safe and he would get in a ton of trouble. Look up opsec. Also, after a death theres a short black out period until the family can be notified. I know it seems like small details but the opsec thing is huge. They drill it into your brain from day one. Aside from that I'm still loving it.

I like the slow build up, lets them get to know one another. Although I am surprised neither has asked what the other looks like, that seems to be the first thing most long distance people want to know. I wonder if Edward is going to write her a song to thank her for all she has done for him you can totally use that, don't mind at all, lol. Can't wait for next update.

it's impossible to read Bella's chapter, then review, then read Edward's. I have NO patience and want them both. Lol.
I am sooooo in love with this Bella. She is amazing. She has become an amazing friend to someone she doesn't even know and has brightened his life up majorly. I LOVE her.
And geez. I figured something had happened to E's parents...but Christ! What a horrible way to lose them. First, his mother is sick for two years and then, his father kills himself. They mustve had an amazing love for eachother, which is why his relationship with Tanya is even more odd.
Anyway, can't wait til tomorrow!
