OMG the part with 'Dixie' was so sad :( The whole concentration camp was sad :( But the end part with Essie and Floyd lightened things up :) I don't want this story to end! Ahhhh!

i want essie to be happy and i believe she will be happy with nixon
he is not so judgmental, he is tolerant and treats her right...
and i think talbert is bitter and not only hurting her, but making others resent her as well (although that is also their own decision)
and lastly - i hate how everyone in easy (now dick as well) behaves towards essie. it is like they decided that she "belongs" to talbert and she is held to different standards than he is. woman and her love is not a possession, she should be free to choose - not once but any time. and after what talb caused i feel like it would be simply demeaning to get back together with him.

Hun, I gotta be honest - it's quite a mess you've made but it's still a complete fantastic story! :D
But...I gotta admit my heart would be with Tab. You see, I'm one of the people who ACTUALLY believes that love at first sight CAN happen. And I think that's pretty much what happened between Essie and Tab.
So my choice would be Tab if you could find an occasion to put him in - they're allowed to fight first and all that bla bla bla...but I really hope they can make up since they're one of the cutest BoB couples I have ever read about! And yeah, I know how much Tab had hurt Es but true love will always win - at least I believe in that. You see a rather hmmm...*Cough* you-know-what story *Cough*? :')
But...it's your story and I'm sure you'll do what you feel that's right in your heart anyway :-*
