I am sorry you never continued this, it has real promise. I would love to see Jack taking Harry to Diagon alley, and see how he gets on in Hogwarts. Dumbledore would have trouble controlling him with Amy and Rory as parents; and Voldemort wouldn't have a chance if Harry had the Doctor on his side. Please think about writing some more? I will bribe your plot bunnies, if that will help.

nice story
like the fact you had the doctor as merlin. remember watching silvester macoy's doctor revealing that bit of info.
love the idea that harry has siblings. and I can see there being an in joke between him and river, about him being the big brother, even though she is older when she visits
