I like your plot where Natsume's not being a jerk and Mikan's not being all innocent and dense; Natsume's being a gentleman and all to ask Mikan's forgiveness.
However, it will be better if there are more explanation to differ flashbacks and the present time. You can also put the last parts into 2nd chapter. Keep up the good work!
