- Man this chapter was so much drama and I'm here for it. The ending was so sweet. I love Charlus and Dorea and Sirius
- I feel like canon Peter doesn't become a DE until after they leave Hogwarts so I wonder if Hermione's presence in this time made him so bitter that he turned to the dark that much quicker

- Ah I love this idea of her helping Fleur's mom. Although it has me wondering what happened in canon since Hermione Potter wouldn't have been there but obviously Fleur lived!
- I love that Hermione tries to picture James with Regulus and her argument against it is that James would just annoy him haha
- Hmm is there a reason that they don't have The Trace on them? Wouldn't it have been triggered when they're warding all these muggle houses?
- I love that Hermione gets to meet with her ancestor and the fact that the merging of the Two Hermiones are pre-visioned
- I'm so shocked that Hermione doesn't think that Sirius loves her
- Dang Sirius has so much self-restraint. I'm so impressed haha

- The interaction with Lucius was so perfect. I love that he was her first boyfriend. This Lucius is so sweet
- This seer reveal was so good. I love that it was in the middle of discussion their courting
- I love that Charlus trusts Sirius so much T_T and how much it means to Sirius (but also overwhelms him)
- The Peter reveal felt cringy but I think it was necessary :)
- "He turned his head and kissed her fingertips" this is so intimate and I love it
- Sirius feeling hurt that it seemed to bother her so much to have a spontaneous bond with him was so endearing. I love this boy

I'm sure Hermione Granger would have benefitted from having someone explain things to her the way that Hermione Potter explains things to Lily: factually and without any judgment
- Hermione cringing at James calling her kitten was so good
- Sirius calling her kitten was also so good
- Hermione flinging herself in front of James was so perfectly cliche and I love it

- Severus laughing bitterly and Hermione saying she knows what it's like to have your blood held against you was such good writing
- The drama around James finding out she's a seer was so good. The perfect amount of confusion on his part and wariness on Lily's
- Lucius being outraged that she wants them to go to Dumbledore with the horcruxes but not fully trusting him was so palpable

- I reread the scene of Hermione walking into the Great Hall like five times. It was so perfect. I love getting to read it from Sirius' point of view. I also love that he just keeps sniffing her but she doesn't even realize because of Old Hermione's familiarity. Too perfect

- Lily clueing Hermione in on how she walks differently and her teaching Hermione about the reality of men was such a good scene
- Intoxicated Hermione is hilarious. I was mortified by her oversharing with Sirius and almost blowing her cover but it was also hilarious
- I think I'm a fan of the seer theory. It makes sense since even though Hermione did come back in time, she was also always supposed to be here? So the seer theory just works
- The dramatic irony of James saying "thank goodness Hermione isn't a seer" was a hoot

James teasing Hermione about the tree was so cute. Honestly, Lily, Hermione, and Severus have such similar, bookish personalities (along with Remus) and I feel like it makes complete sense for them to get along so well! Along with how much they all love libraries.
Ahh a mistletoe kiss. So cliche but absolutely perfect. The conversation between James, Lily, and Remus was so perfect. The confusion about the "whole ick factor" comment was so spot on. I'm surprised James wasn't more upset about the fact that Amos Diggory doesn't treat Hermione well? But maybe just a single track mind? Also I laughed at how quickly Remus spills to James (to be fair, he said he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't but still it was like ...seconds hah). The surprise kiss was so perfect. LOL there are no naked times in Death Eater meetings? I'm shocked - what's the point then? I'm curious - how they will explain these light marks to anyone they have sex with lol. Can't see Narcissa not making a comment about how strange they are?
Oof the ending of this chapter was rough. I like that you don't make Hermione into this super human and show she can also be caught off guard but I also hated it because it made me feel uneasy (I think that was the point). I love that James trusts Sirius enough to have her escort Hermione back to the tower and their sweet moment in the dormitory
