I can’t believe that I’ve been reading this story since high school, so please take your time. We’ll be here when you’re ready after all, this story has been more consistent than some of my boyfriends. Take all the time you need to heal because at the end of the day you need to be alright, you can’t fill other cups when yours is empty friend.

hah. On the contrary I love that the mudblood calling scene still happened. Better get that out of the way when they're still young and they still don't have any romantic feeling for each other (Draco might, but he still doesn't know what to call his feelings so...)
Imagine when this happened, say 6th year, hah, no THAT would reek of drama. Like, Snape and Lily kind of drama.

This is supposed to be a fluffy heart warming fic... but noooo, I'm bawling my eyes out (if that's even the phrase). All I could think is Severus and Lily reimagined. And right now I'm actually reading this as if it's in Snape's perspective and it HURTS LIKE HELL.
It's probably because Sev and Lily's friendship in fanon is something along these lines and it's so... familiar, like history is repeating.

When I got the notification of an update to this story. I was extremely excited since I thought that it was abandoned. I love this fic so much and I really hope that you will complete it one day. Please don't abandoned it, no matter how much time passes or how much you think that people won't care about continuing reading it. Be sure that no matter how much time you need to take to complete it, I will be waiting to read it.

I've recently lost my grandfather so I can understand what you're going through. I can honestly tell you that after some time passes, you will be able to live through this loss as long as you don't let it swallow you up. You will never stop missing him but with time it WILL get better.
