The issue here is who stays with who since Moka has a huge secret, and she is hiding a power that is Godlike from her Shinso lineage.
The thing is whom does she stay because the person that can release the Rosario is fated to be her soulmate.
The condition to release the Rosario is for the person to truly love Moka this is a mistake in your part.

The problem with pairing with Mika is there are two separate people inside that Rosary.
The real Mika is the aggressive one who has the full power but the compassionate one is actually her mother.
The mother sealed herself in the Rosario with her memories, and powers, and is considered one of the strongest Shinzo Vampires to have lived.

You have made a big mistake in your story that has to be addressed the releasing of the Rosary is key to the entire plot.
The reason is that it determines the fate, and who she ends up with.
The person that releases the seal is fated to be with Moka the conditions to release Moka is true love so there will be a point when Tsukune can’t pull the Rosario the mother of Moka set up those conditions if Moka loses those feelings then Tsukune can’t remove the Rosario.
I will spoil this but Outer Moka is actually the mother of Moka in the flesh she let herself be sealed intentionally inside the Rosario while telling Akua to kill her as part of the plan.
The plan was done to protect her daughter while trying to prevent Alucard from reviving all of her powers, and memories are sealed way but they can be released if she dies, and Alucard awakens.
