Aww, this was so sweet. You're right, there isn't enough Regina/Henry in the fanfic universe. Evil Queen or not, becoming a mother is (I'm assuming, lol) a pretty powerful thing. Regina is a mother, no matter what else she is as well, and her bond with Henry and her connection to him is undeniable. For someone who isn't a write and has never written fanfic before, this is an excellent first effort. I also love the art for this fic . So sweet.

Amazing, amazing story! I'm so glad you wrote this, and I love the cover. I know you said you're not a writer, but I hope you do write more for OUaT, and particularly Regina, because you're great at it. Sure, there were a few grammar mistakes but that doesn't matter too much because it didn't impair the story. I could read it perfectly fine. I love the idea, and I think it's the first time I've seen it done. I don't typically read fics about Regina, but I'm glad I took the time to read this one. She's certainly not my favorite character but I do have a tremendous respect for her. So, thank you for writing this and I hope to see (or rather, read) more from you! :)

This is a wonderful story. I think you captured Regina's thoughts well regarding the conflict between what she feels and what she is supposed to feel, as well as her fear regarding having Herny and the responsibility of raising and loving a child.
And maybe the last part - accepting her love toward the baby and rising above her mother's ghost - shows her ability to come over her own weakness. Maybe in time...
