Honestly, I don't know if I'm supposed to feel bad for Rick or happy for Karen, because everyone else seemed happy, and the mood you set in the beginning seemed pretty happy, too.
But it's not your fault; it's mine, mainly because I'm not familiar with this particular Harvest Moon title, so don't be surprised that i sound so confused in my review. That doesn't mean that your writing was bad. It was solid, and you did a nice job in creating the setting. I liked what I read, though I did wish you told us who Karen married. Great job on writing this!
