The fanfic is good. My orgin language isn't english but I see a lot of mistakes there. Of course, I may be wrong with A LOT OF because like I said I'm not english, but I can see some serious mistakes. I really liked that fanfic, it was nice to read how was Prim feeling on the day of Reaping, but those mistakes were just annoying. Keep writing. :)
