My husband is looking at me like I'm nuts because I was cracking up all the while reading this, and so I tried to explain and he thought I was even more nuts. I can just absolutely picture the "oohhh" at the end. Yes, it sounds perfectly juvenile when explained, but it was the funniest thing so who cares?

I almost died laughing while reading this.
And then I did die, when he held up the "bowl filled with small green spheres."
Good one, so very charming! I now love the way the word "pea" looks, especially when used in a weird context.
