I think it's pretty interesting how you managed to make them so similar to characters in the game and not make them seem like complete copies. Like Dimitri and laron. I really like the fact that you were able to take actual parts from the story in the games, and make them work the way people like it. I think you are doing a great job and should continue.

Well this seems like a ton of fun already, haha. All these characters seem pretty solid at the moment, and I'm interested to see if any of them will play a bigger part in the story besides just being part of heists and whatnot (if you know what I mean, haha). And Laron reminds me a lot of Dimitri, mostly because of his French accent, and the nightclub thing. I have my own suspicion here, but I may be reading too much into it. I'll just wait until you reveal everything.
And it was really interesting to note how you got the twin's names, btw. Very clever, and I commend you on that. -thumbs up- That, and it nice to see how they're more or less different from each. I look forward to some tension between them, haha. Anyway, I'm sure there's so much more excitement planned, and I'm looking forward to it. Until next chapter!

Ooh I did like this. Though it has a somewhat darker undertone to it I can still definitely appreciate stories like this, especially when they're well written, and this was. I find it interesting that Sornion and her brother have such similar names but I assume there's a reason for that you'll reveal later, or maybe you just wanted them to have similar names. *shrugs*
That interaction with Sly and Sornion really tugged at my heartstrings as well, so sad and sweet at the same time.
Anyways, I know the answer but I see BananaB0mb has already beaten me to it, hehe. "Expectation is the root of all heartache." A really profound quote of his.

Now this was quite interesting... I'm more or less questioning if Sly had told Carmelita about his amnesia, based on his hiding the fact that he was training Sornion how to be a thief. Maybe it was said, and I blame my lack of sleep and health at the moment. Regardless, it was an interesting start, and I'm curious to see how this is all going to pan out, and how the relationship between the twins is (based on the summary).
And I'm not a Shakespeare expert in the least, but my assumption is that it's either the first or last quote in Sornion's part. I'm going with my gut instinct and say the first quote, haha.
Anyway, I've rambled long enough here. I'm looking forward to where you take this. Until next chapter!
