Good chapter to move this story along. And it leaves me feeling very uncomfortable. I sense only trouble ahead and I fear that Jeff is going to drag Jeannie through the mud. I do hope that Mike and Steve can prevent this. Alas, this is a very realistic sequence of events, espeically so during that time period. I'll be looking forward to your next update!

I like how this is panning out. You're establishing some rare conflict between Mike and Steve. With Hartman inserting himself in the middle and with his mission to protect his son, he'll be a solid antagonist for the pair. Can't wait to see more!

So a cop's kid is one of the assailants? Yikes, Mike will blow his top! Mike's reactions are very realistic and understandable here. Even so, his actions are inappropriate. He does need to take some time off. I hope that Steve can calm him down. Looking forward to what happens next with Rick!

Okay, Mike is being a hothead and with good reason, but I sense that he may be making a terrible mistake here. Got to rein in that temper. This could ruin his long successful career. I hope Steve can talk some sense into him. Looking forward to your next update!

This plays out just like a real episode of the series. The reactions, the dialogue and especially the fight scene are exactly what I'd expect. Excellent writing and interpretation of the show!

Thanks for the update. Glad that Jeannie is okay. I do hope that she will be safe in the hospital. Should they put a guard on her door? It will up to Steve to keep Mike in line since he is an emotional mess right now. Looking forward to your next update!
