That was really lovely. If only Sookie were brave enough to run towards him like this instead of away. After all that she shared with sweet memory challenged Eric it was certainly worth the risk to talk to real Eric about this. Her courage paid off big time!

Loved it! How I wish this is the way it had happened.
Have you considered rewriting their story from here on taking account of this change? That would be quite an undertaking, but I'd love to read it.

I had often thought that if they had a conversation hell any converstation then the whole series would have been a much better story. CH (imo) really started screwing up after book 4. It never made any sense to me for Sookie to just assume all those things about Eric after he got his memories back. I would have loved to see a fanfic on this starting at Sookie's apartment when she told him everything that happened only he was open to what she said and she admits she misses him...
But here we are 12 years later and about $200 later and still NOTHING! I WILL NEVER AGAIN READ ANYTHING THAT CHARLAINE HARRIS WRITES! SHE WASTES MY TIME AND MY MONEY! The only thing she did good was create Eric but the last couple of books she has even destroyed him.
