This idea is so crazy and should not work and yet, it totally does. The Downton world has been totally shaken up and its interesting to see who evolves and how. Of course Robert would be the one with totally unrealistic expectations and Thomas would try too hard to be clever. That's just how they roll.

this works surprisingly well! i think crossovers generally get the short end of the stick in terms of exposure. followed, just in case you ever decide to write more! I'd love to find out what's happening to Isobel and Matthew!

Well you promised that there would be more from the crew this chapter, and you certainly delivered. Great cliffhanger-y ending. I also enjoyed the smaller moments: Robert realizing how far out of his ken they really are, the Dowager and Clara, the chambermaid whose name slips my mind...it all feels very much like Downton with the "confusion" of being on space. I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter!

Well done! I've been enjoying your story; it's so gripping! And you do such a good job with dialogue. I think that's one of the hardest things to write, but you're doing a great job of capturing each person's "voice."
