I really like this! Your idea is wholly original and unique! I've never seen anyone with the idea of replaying the ember island players.
Although, I found some mistakes.
"Sokka was finally starting to enjoy it. Toph was board." Was supposed to be "Toph was bored." You really wasn't trying to say that toph is a wood, was you?
And from avatar wikia, zhou was supposed to be spelled zhao.
I think that's it. Afterall, great work!

The use of a raft:
Billy-Joe-Bob:"Hey, I found a raft, what luck! with a raft you can do so many things like: go river rafting, keep afloat after your ship sinks, run out of breath trying to blow one up, float endlessly in the middle of the ocean for several days, or even-"
The interrupting cow:"Hey let's follow the avatar that's totally the best use for a raft- going on a long term high speed chase after an extremely powerful kid with a flying bison!-we'll totally catch up"
That was insane for: I really like your story you should wright more (because it gives me so much hope!)
