If you increased this one-shot to a few chapters long, and carried it on, this would make an excellent story. It could do with a few more details, such as what the potion was.

I am bad if I found Voldemort's plan awesome ? He found a way to counteract an heritage of intensive inbred, little money and a bad reputation by becoming the heir of a old and rich House with a positive fame without his pain of the ass (Dumbledore) have a single doubt. Wonderful !

Now I don't think I've ever seen a story with quite this approach to the horcrux in Harry. If it was self-aware the whole time, it certainly would overpower little Harry from the beginning. And as Tom is actually sane, this should go smoothly since he has so much patience. I would enjoy seeing at least a one-shot of how things go after Book 7 since you have intimated that everything will look like canon for the next seven years. But afterwards, I would love to see Tom/Harry beginning to actually change the wizarding world.

Wooow, that's pretty neat - I've never seen this take used before.
It would be very intersting to see an epilogue of sorts - perhaps years down the road? I could also see this becoming a full story in its own right, but would rather be satisfied with just this if it fell apart due to either lack of interst or ideas for it.
Either way, kudos on the intersting and original plot-bunny, and good luck with any other current projects
