I see you haven't updated since 2013. Hope you haven't abandoned this fic because I think this is one of the best and most realistic "OC falls into fictional world"-stories I've read in a long while. My only bit of critique at this point would be that I thought Daniel and Brennan accepted their reality of being unceremoniously dumped in Middle Earth far too easily. I think most people in their situation would have a more difficult time coming to that conclusion and accepting it (whether they're hardcore LOTR fans or not).
But that is a small detail and I think you've done a great job so far. This chapter was especially heart wrenching and I'm dying to see how the relationship between Brennan and Narghaash unfolds.
