I really liked this story. There was a melancholy theme with them being far away from home on Christmas, cold, and about to fight a major battle. But at least they had each other and such great gifts for each other. Nicely done.

I absolutely loved it! It seemed so Christmas-y, and definitely like something they would do. I want a copy of that book, though!

A different Christmas story instead a story of two men away from home no parties no big feast. Just an everyday day story that happened on Christmas day. To me Christmas is about family and being together and that what happened for Peter and Edmund.
