The reasons that the prejudice exist towards the half breeds don't make sense. The queen doesn't like them because her husband was killed by one i think the reason is, but yet Galbatorix killed how many dragons and elves and yet she still likes humans?

your story doesn't really make sense. Considering that elves speak in the ancient language, when Eragon was talking with the queen, then she should have realized her mistakes.

Yaeh, the mood swing was a bit off . . . Usually it is something petty like why didn't he wake up earlier and it escalates dramatically from there. I love this your doing a great job, although Arya is a bit feeble. I know this is a unreserved Arya, but she doesn't seem to have the steel that defined her character in the book. It is a bit wrongish, for me, trying to think of her as the same person and not someone else.
I would go with what ever city is closest to Ilirea because it would be dramatic and it would have a load of reasons for conflict(I never get tired of chaos and conflict). Well anyway, I love this.
