This is actually really insanely adorable. I don't know how you do this to me.
The way you left a lot of this to the imagination is awesome. There were an endless number of scenarios I could have come up with for this, but in the end, it just comes down to how utterly perfect Kei and Hikari were in this story. The vagueness would have bothered me in any other story, but it really worked here. I wish I could say just what it is about it that works, but I'm hard-pressed to come up with any answers. As a reviewer, this bothers me much more than the writing of the story itself. I like it, but I just can't express why. I guess you'll have to fill in the blanks yourself.

the story was amazing(superb). as per the gaps i think this will suit
fightkei has promised her that he will spend the day with her. but has to leave due to some emergency. when he comes back she is angry because he broke his promise
or
it is their lover's aniversaire and he forgot
key it is hidden on kei's body. he hid it there because he wanted to have sex with hikari
hikari and kei's relationship husband and wife(newlyweds)4 month after marriage
title means(lover's problem)a problen in the husband and wife life. kei is having problem convincing hikari
