Haha XD that seems like something I would do... But first I would mention a few other things:
1. He has no eyebrows
2. He's wearing a dress
3. He has yellow eyes, therefore he's a cannibal
4. Is he a vampire?! Because he's super pale and seems to hate sunlight!
5. HOW does he get his hair like that?!
6. How did he get his teeth pointed?
Yep, that's me, meet someone and point out all of their flaws before giving a complement about something really strange. Maybe that's why I don't have many close friends... ( I have 4 close friends :P)
