Thanks for updating. By the way gluten free doesn't mean that it is healthier, it just means that people allergic to gluten can eat it. They usually add more sugar to gluten free products, I know this because one of my friends is allergic to gluten.

I absolutely love this one-shot! I can totally see how their mental connection is significantly strong-with Mimi knowing something's wrong with Izzy without even a glance, and how she wants to feel what he's feeling, and how Izzy knows Mimi would love this or that. It showed how strong their relationship really is. And the fact that they get ready for school or bed in front of each other (Izzy seeing Mimi in her pajamas and then getting all flustered when she asks his preferred choice of clothing-hilarious!)
It was heartbreaking with the parts 'one day you'll wake up to this, and there won't be a computer in the way'. That was hopeful, at the same time heartbreaking because they are the only couple who can't have that physical connection as much as the others.
I really love how you portray Koumi. And Izzy and Mimi separately. They're both so in-character, and the fact that Mimi would only do things for Izzy himself showed her love for him as well. They didn't have to say 'I love you', you just know they do by the actions they carry out.
Coffee. I feel both Izzy and Mimi. :) Coffee is a life-saver and sometimes the only thing keeping me up during the day. Haha. I loved how you showed Izzy not wanting to share everything with his friends with the construction work excuse. He doesn't want to share everything, and he wants to keep everything private, so instead of saying he video chats with Mimi all the time, there was construction work going on. You captured their personalities so beautifully!
Anyway, I loved this one-shot! Whether it's writing Tai and Hana, Sorato, or Koumi, they're all great! Please update soon, can't wait for it! Maybe you could do another Koumi one with the physical connection part of their relationship ;) haha

Oh gosh, this story has ten chapters already? Man. Go you :D
I absolutely loved the paragraph where Koushiro mentions that his muscles feel like beef jerky velcroed to his bones. First of all, that line is AMAZING, extremely emotive, both on a visual and a tactile level, and I was like duuuuuuuuuude how awesome is that! But the whole paragraph is especially well crafted, and I was all like aww man, she's so awesomesauce. Ugh, lady, you're so amazing XD
Having spent waaay too much time surrounded by computer, science, and math people, I can very much identify with caffeine addiction, so I was very amused by some of the descriptions of what the highs and withdrawals are like XD Very realistic! I think we know that Satoru is very much into both caffeine and alcohol, which raises the interesting question of... Why would you mix stimulants and retardants? Hmm...
I will say that the overall concept was perhaps a bit too simple to carry such a long chapter, but that may simply be because I personally have no interest in Koumi specifically, so all I was really seeing here was "watch Koushiro deal with caffeine addiction." Probably to a Koumi fan, this was entirely compelling from beginning to end, since it was so well written and sweet, and filled with such awesome descriptions (seriously, especially good descriptive work here, dude!).
Also, the idea of Mimi snoring is probably more hilarious to me than it has any right to be.

You know one thing I really like about your writing? You know how to just throw us into the action from the start. This chapter opens up, and immediately I'm wondering, what the heck did she give him? Why didn't it go over well? Why is she being such a drama queen about it? I had really ought to take a page from your book. I always have to build it up so slowly, and bash readers over the head with things over and over, and how does anyone even stay interested long enough to find anything out? Hell if I know.
But yes, this was cheesy alright! Hahaha! I love how these two do drama cyclones. I secretly think they enjoy them. They are so over the top about it, both in the fallout and the reconciliation, but it suits them. They do everything 110%.

It's funny that you released this on this day because Namco Bandai released their trailer starring the new Gogglegirl Rina Shinomiya that was revealed last month and there's already some fanart shipping her and Davis because they both have Veemon as partners, giving him a brand new ship after all these years.
I guess it's just Davis's time for romance.
