Aww, that was so cute! This is the first Hobbit/LotR fanfic I've read, and what a great way to delve into the fandom :) I adore Fili and Kili and the telepathic brotherly connection they seem to have going on here. "It was him! No, wait...it was me!"

Okay, first off, I'm a HUGE fan of the Hobbit. Book and movie. So, it isn't always easy to read a fanfiction without wanting to tear my eyes out. But I really, REALLY liked this one! I like the way you describe their expressions, and when they said "It was me!" in unison was too cute! Gosh I'm such a fan-girl...

That was great. Full of well-written details. I especially liked the bit about Bofur's smile spreading like honey on toast, and 'yeasty overtones' made me go "Ooh, great description!"
