Epic. If what i think you are doing is in fact what you are doing then this story is going to be epic. This harry you have presented us with is very smart. He has figured out that he has the ability to do anything he wants thus does not really care for seriousness or companionship. This harry believes that you simply do not try. If he wants to transfigure a wooden chair into a leather chair then he simply does it. There is no try. Wants to be somewhere? You simply go. This harry won't be emotional cry baby that most authors make harry out to be. Siruis dies? Oh well it was his time to go and no amount of crying is going to bring him back move on. He will never be on the same page as dumbledors greater good because he won't believe that the world is black and white. There is no evil or good nor is there light magic or dark magic. Everything is natural and he will not distinguish between the two. From what you have wrote this is what i see. It would be cool if harry when turned 11 took on the head ring of the Potter Family and honors his ancestors by bringing the Potter name back to power. A lone wolf to survive must be powerful and wise for the wolf to survive alone. This is just a suggestion but if you want to make harry powerful and rich i suggest he go the route of sin the magical world is not even touched by this on a huge scale. Start making him open up Casino's like Las Vegas. Start incorporating technology with magic and selling it to people around the world. Start opening voluntarily run brothels that appeal to the rich. Since first generation magicals (muggleborn) don't often get hired he could start hiring them throughout his business. He could even start a security firm that protects his business plus they are heavily trained good enough to destroy death eaters and aurors. He will be a major player in politics but noone will know it is him that is pulling the strings. Please don't stop this story after the seven years of hogwarts there is so much for him to do throughout the world. He could take over hogwarts and reshape the curriculum so that withes and wizards workout, learn light and dark magic, dont rely on wands, wandless magic, animigus forms. He could unite the magical world and uplift them into a utopian society. Inovation will start flourishing throughout the society. You will be seeing flying cities the size of Manhattan. All thats left is the final frontier. He could even migrate all the magical beings off earth into another solar system and have a whole world for magical beings. This story has soo much potential. I would hate to see it wasted. You also need to update more freely. Get a routine like write for 30 minutes to an hour a day. You will then start producing 10,000 word chapters weekly that will keep readers happy and exciting for the next update. The ball is in your court now so no pressure.

5Man of Constant Sorrow
Hey, I must say this is a very intriguing start.
I've seen other fics where Harry uses accidental magic forces him to change into his animagus form and he goes on to live in that form for years until, the Hogwarts letter arrives and he is found. Your story however is profoundly different from all those in one very crucial way, most of those stories have him sent to the durselys and wanting to escape their wickedness he transforms and escapes, usually at around age 5 or 6, which gives him some social skills and the ability to read, write and even talk. Your Harry was only a year old when he transformed and began living as a wolf, I can only imagine how stunted his social skills are, hes able to talk, so he must have spent sometime around humans. I look forward to seeing how much of the wolf is part of his personality.
I liked that you used Canon, with Hermione vacationing in the south of France, to bring about a nice meeting between Harry and her. I liked how basic and childlike their first meeting was, a mutual like of pie. I hope after realizing he's own his own they offer to take care of him, The grangers never got their due in Canon, I always like seeing stories where Harry lives/visits them.
I know it is way early, but just for future reference, I'd love for this to become a Harry/Hermione pairing down the line.
