That was decidedly beautiful. I am in awe at how wonderfully written that story was. I read fanfiction in hopes of finding rare gems such as this amidst the thousands of other stories. You have such talent. Exceptional job!

I really like this AU story, but somewhat strangely my favourite part is the Taichi-Hikari scene. It seems that it is more 'real' (it's not the best word, but I dunno which word to pick here) than the rest of the story. I like your description of the surroundings and Hikari's feelings, just a bit skeptical that she seems too passive in this story. It seems like she barely talks in this fic, although that maybe your intention, so I won't necessarily challenge that. I agree that Takeru is OOC here, probably not as playful but more arrogant in a sense, but still sounds like a plausible adult Takeru. Overall, great story. Hope to read more from you soon!
