Well i loved the lemon games and read every chapter that is posted as it pops up so gonna read yours. Personally your stats were alil confusing you could probably due to try doin it as the lemons games did and show his current as opposed to max (i.e 200/1000) so we get an idea of his skill level without havin need of lookin up your forum. Id say you made ot jump alil fast in some ways but lemon games did to as a way to get it goin so till you've got a few more chapters out and i can see how you do i'm gonna save my remaing criticising.

It's sounds like a promising story so far but i think you overdid with the stats if he can access expert level at level 11 or the requirements are way to low especially if you say he not really that smart but can still understand seals of expert level
if you want some advice if you want to keep high stats then make it believable like 500, 1000, 1500 and so on and start with like 2000 and maybe 3000 max and it will be more believable but it just advice good luck

OH! you should get naruto a cloak! like ... like an awesome rust orange cloak, with a fox skull on the back, and black muscle shirt, and rust orange anbu pants. Oh and Khopesh, there like super awesome knive swords, you know what google them.
or check out my strory Naruto: a little help from above, i think its chapter three for the outfit, i'm not entirely sure, and he uses Khopesh that are shaped like giant fox fangs. PLUS FAN KYU! awesome.
oh and there my OCs everywhere.

I noticed some discrepancies with the points given from the quests, most notably with chakra control, intelligence, strength, and luck and would like to give you the figure as per all points given and added by Naruto. My figures are on the left while yours are on the right and keep in mind these are the end stats.
Strength: 3150-3100
Speed: 6081-6091
Stealth: 6071-6091
Dexterity: 1565-1545
Endurance: 5085-5060
Intelligence: 1060-1020
Chakra Levels: 5995-5995
Chakra Control: 1860-1820
Charisma: 4055-4045
Luck: 3515-3005
I did the math because I know I would be angry if someone just pointed it out without giving the end data themselves and making it take time out of writing the next chapter. Also, you have follow written as fallow when he gets the blood runs true Achievment and you may want to adjust the Intelligence requirements for the Uzumaki Imeperial Fuinjustu as right now they are still at 25 and 50 which according to the guide is low civilian level. Other than that I see no mistakes and believe that it could be a very good story and if you feel like I am flaming you I will at least promise that I did not do so on purpose and simply meant to point out some slight mistakes I noticed throughout this chapter. Sorry if you believe I was rude and thank you for taking the time to write this chapter. Sorry for the earlier comment on Naruto's power level compared to everyone else as well it just seemed strange and since the guide was made after his levels were given I believed it might have been a simple mistake. Just a small error I noticed. Due to the increase you made to his stats to fit in with the comparison the sentences below still have increase intelligence and chakra control to 15 and strength to 13. Just thought I wold let you know. So far I think the story could be very interesting. Thank you for the comparison by the way it helped clear things up.
