Hm... I had never really thought of it before reading this (where his thoughts are described), but the way everyone thinks of Hades saying that he would like it better if Bianca survived (I've seen that a lot, can't remember if its in the books) could be different from his intention. I mean, of course a father would be happier if neither child died, and the comment doesn't mean he wants Nico to die instead.
Well, anyway, good job of writing this!
