I can’t believe I missed this. So an idea for the weapons could be linked to the personality and Jutsu of the mate.
Like Hinata could be... I wanna say sight-sharing. Like Pein does with his clones, but it would just be with Hinata (and possibly the other mates) but it would have to be ‘toggled’. OR since Hinata wants to protect people, the ability for Naruko to ‘take’ some damage from her mates or project a shield around herself or mates in case of some heavy-duty jutsu or the mate is paralyzed in terror.
Haku could be a FEW ice jutsu with the ability to create ice-greaves for kicks and such. Or ice senbon like in the Land of Snow movie. The special power could be a ‘hidden blizzard’. Like Zabuza’s hidden mist only while it’s not as thick, it’s definitely COLD. This ability would be a waiting game but if you’re fighting, your sweat freezes and muscles tense up, you become slower than normal, shivering happens. Basically stand in a freezer at a grocery store while in shorts and a t-shirt; now imagine trying to FIGHT while even colder than that.
IF Yugito Nii (The two tailed cat) comes into play; a lightning cloak. It could look like a literal cloak or like the fox’s cloak, but it’s mid-level lightning style backlash at anyone trying to grapple with her. Weapon COULD be a... cat-o-nine-tails whip... (or just be two tails).
Obviously if you choose any of them, she’s going to need people to teach her how to use the jutsu. Not gonna be done in a week (even with shadow clones).
I do hope these ideas will inspire you to continue.
