I agree with your thoughts on various stories. Most of the time you will NOT find and original story and that's pretty sad. And the Pertimis stories really piss me off, it's just not gonna happen (Maiden! FOREVER) Anyway, your message is straightforward and i hope you keep it that way. :)

If you want an author who has stolen plots look up the broken bow series by Xed alpha and then check out the secret of the silver boy by To Thine Own Self Be True101. Broken bow was an amazing fic.
It gave a logical and unique explanation as to how Artemis ended up with a child that did not include her breaking her vow and did it well, the characters were well written and the entire thing flowed smoothly, Secret of the silver bow on the other hand completely borrowed characters and the plot from the original series and then tried to rewrite them, note it tried. The end result was a horrendous mess of a story.
To demonstrate my point;
1 Both protagonists are sons of Artemis and have an instinct so pronounced it is written as a separate entity to the character.
2 in both books the protagonist is introduced in the middle of the woods hunting a hell hound.
3 both protagonists then run into no other than Artemis goddess of the hunt.
4 both characters love interests are Irish.
5 Broken bow was published on fan fiction in 2010. Secret of the silver bow fic was published in 2012, two years later

i agree with you, i had really hard time finding an original (and plausible - no time travel) idea for my reading the books story - in fact that is the only thing i don't agree with you on

Well, before I read this story I had something like this :P But yeah, I didn't rip you off or anyone else. I agree with this. I hate when people can't think of their own damn ideas, so they decide to to steal from popular writers.

You are awesome! You're not afraid to speak your mind, or criticize people. I hate people who steal ideas too. Also Chaos stories, because I honestly think that Annabeth will NEVER cheat on Percy. He fell into TARTARUS for her! Well, keep writing! :D

This is freaking hilarious. And the only thing that's kind offended me so far was the chapter on song fanfictions, because every once in awhile I write a oneshot inspired by a song. But that's fine, because the rest completely makes up for it, and I feel the same about a lot of your criticisms. And if you find the time, it would be great if you could read one of my fanfictions and critique it. I love my readers to death and all, but I don't get much constructive criticism, which is critical if you want to improve. Anyways, keep writing!

This is fantastic. It's cynical, witty, and terribly honest. I enjoy it very much. I admit I've committed a couple of these atrocities...*looks around sheepishly* Anyway, I'd like to thank you for the kick in the pants. I've been reconsidering some of the things I've written in the beginning a couple of years ago when I was the spry age of 13, and i have thought about rethinking about plot and other aspects. (Sorry if that sounded redundant.) Thanks and I can't wait until next time.
