awesome chapter :D I can't really think of much to help your writers block but il give it a go
Based on what's happening so far I would think jack may end up leaving the guardians, possibly even turning against them which would fuel their paranoia further. As for pitch, if jack does leave the guardians it would leave him vulnerable which pitch will most likely take full advantage of. Also with the guardians busy with jack and jack in the state he's in at the moment, theres no way any of them will link all this to pitch unless hes caught in the act or the guardians recive help from someone (whose actually thinking straight)

I think this is a really good fanfiction. One of the things I look for in good fanfics is ones that build off of the real story without changing it. Most of the time I don't read fanfiction because a lot of them are no good and gramatically painful, but this is one that I am reading and looking forward to what happens next. As for the angst, well, probably just slather it onto the bagel, but if it feels wrong to you, as the writer, then back off or whatever. I like it so far, and a few chapters back you mentioned problems with the Australian accent, so here's a piece of advice, don't try to hard. Just write about like you would anyone else, but occasionally mention that he said it "with his distinct australian accent" or something. Adding in words that they use, uniquely to that accent/dialect is also good, like "mate" for Australian. Other than that, I LOVE this story, so much better than I expected it to be, very compelling, and I like the gradual way you're introducing the plot. So many people give away too much, too soon. I can't wait to read more!

Yay another awesome chapter :D everytime jack goes to pitch's lair it always puts me on the edge of my seat :s it's like watching a fly buzz around a fly trap, there's no knowing when it will snap or if the fly will make it D:
As for your question on who should get more angst I vote the butter on the bagel option XD (Mabry with just a smidget more on Jack's side) anyway, looking forward to seeing the next chapter :3
