It's 'Your', when referring to objects, like 'Your fanfic' or 'Your christmas', and 'You're' is a contracting of 'You Are', meaning that Yggdrasill, who really ought to have a more formal speech pattern, similar to a Wikipedia article, saying 'Your welcome' is grammatically inaccurate.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it only the strength/power/energy aspect(s?) of Leomon's data, that was absorbed by Beelzemon, and not the sentience/mind/soul aspects?
