I like this chapter, though I do think the Doctor is getting a little bit creepy in following Rose like that. It seems just a little too much like he's turning into the sort of ex-boyfriend who follows her around trying to convince her to get back together when she already said no. (I know that's not why he's doing it, and he has her best interests at heart and all that, but it still seems kind of off.)
