Aww... I love the Face of Bo. Him being revealed as Jack just made it better in the series... Another great chapter, right on the heels of the first! And it looks like the reunion is finally at hand, since the Doctor needs a friend at this point just as bad as Rose does, if not more. Poor Amy and Rory... (T_T)

Rose is in trouble with the Ponds for causing Mels to regenerate into River XD I feel bad for Rose, she's all alone again. I hope she doesn't go nuts again cause there's no one with her to stop her. I can't wait for all them to reunite again, specially her and the Doctor D

OH MY GOD. So the Doctor, Amy and Rory know about what happened in Mercy. Amy's reaction is also understandable. You don't want to get between her and her child. She is a fierce protector (when canon chooses to portray her as such.) But I do love that Rory stops to think about this first, and considers Rose's point of view.
I adore the Ponds for calling Rose whatever they want and the Doctor getting annoyed that no one is calling his Rose by her real name. But I think it will eventually get to the point, where, if someone other than the Doctor calls her "Rose" that the Doctor will become annoyed because he's the only one who really calls her by that name anymore (and he secretly likes it.)
Rose being overprotective of River is awesome. As is River sleeping with Jack. Wiht those two in the universe, it was bound to happen ; ) Their tearful goodbye gave me a lot of feels and really shows how far they've come. Rose is more open and more caring again, but still a bit scared. Yet she's strong enough to let River go because she loves her. And River is now attached to her Aunt, she realizes that Rose has sacrificed for her and I think that she will always adore her aunt for it.
Oh Rose, you are so strong. You always are.

OH MY GOD YOU UPDATED AND I MISSED IT BUT OK I WILL REVIEW THEM BOTH NOW.
This chapter is gorgeous. I love how you rewrote "A Town Called Mercy" to touch upon Rose's psyche and how she is still affected by the things she has done in the past. I love that there is a price for everything and she is still haunted. But most of all, I like how you rewrote this episode because it was definitely one I had mixed feelings about.
I think Mels sacrificing herself for Jex and what is right was very fitting, more emotional for Rose as she realizes taht sometimes she's still not okay. I think it's also fitting that his time Jex goes to face death in person rather than running off to be blown up in a spaceship. The townspeoples' bitterness is understandable but I do wish that they'd see Rose's point of view as well.
Oh River, how wonderful it is to see you! When she says, "That was horrible" after Rose finally confessed to another person what she did, my heart nearly stopped. But River forgives her because Rose is not that person anymore (and anyways, that was clearly a mistake, she killed an entire universe but I don't think it was her fault. That she feels so guilty, torn and insane from destroying an entire universe makes her so human and still good.)
River and the Ponds are amazing. River is just amazing for being to kind and understanding. I adore it.
I do wonder how everyone would react, at this point, if Rose was in mortal danger. Hm... Anyways to the next chapter :D

Never apologize for amazingly quick updates! Plenty happened this chapter, it can't all be demons run and universes imploding, character development is just as important! Besides, River's on her way to becoming Professor Song, which is exciting! Anyway, great chapter, I've really enjoyed it!
