I thought it was fantastic! Although you brushed over some of Rose's personal problems and other such things! I was going to complain about the amount of time she spent pushing away from the Doctor but I now realize that's probably realistic!

I think I already reviewed last time I read this, but I fucking adore this story! I'm writing my own first fan fiction right now (actually, that is what I should be doing) and it's a Rose/Nine-Ten FANFIC set after the Time War. It's somewhat similar in that she does some traumatic things in the parallel universe, and her hair remains brown, and she gets pretty old, so this story was excellent and perfectly suited to my own tastes! Thank you so much for writing!

Ok. I decided somewhere around chapter six that I absolutely loved this story, but usually when I do that, the writing or the characters suddenly call flat, clichéd, and incredibly boring. Yours was none of those things and I was super happy till the end! Fantastic writing and a beautiful story! Thank you so much

This is quite good for your first story. Grammar and such are always important to me when i read, so good job! Idk if it's just the Miami setting but it reminds me of a Dexter/Doctor Who crossover, and I love immortal!Rose stories. Looking forward to the rest :)

I loved this! Well written, original (at least I haven't come across any similar sorts of stories to this) story line with just the right amount of angst, fluff, fun, and sorrow to make it enjoyable. Excellent job.

Ah well. In my headspace, River was saved and Mr Now-Trying-Monogamy and her got to hoon about the universe. :)
Very enjoyable story. I love Rose without the Doctor but with the TARDIS and all the new scenarios she gets into. It's refreshing and somehow more true to the Whoverse to have an entirely new story than revisit canon - and what few glimpses of canon you showed were minor AND often changed!

Man, talk about successive kicks to the gut!
But, hangon... River didn't feed Doc her extra regen energy this time around, did she? What ep was that in? That was the episode Lets Kill Hitler, which didn't happen in this one.
Also, so long as the Doc *thinks* River is dead, that's all that matters since Rose wasn't part of that timestream originally.

Huh. Wasn't expecting this to be a regeneration. I figured Rose would shove him. And wow, Jex, way to ignore Mel's sacrifice for you.
I was very confused and a bit annoyed at the end with River and Accalia. 'I don't think you're that person anymore' - what does that mean? Not someone to take the killshot? Not something who tries to help people? The only thing Rose has done differently in this universe is to check the TARDIS before stepping foot outside for fixed points - before, she just trusted the TARDIS not to put her down in one. The TARDIS made a mistake and did so and Rose made the mistake of relying on the TARDIS instead of arming herself with knowledge (because what if there was something she could help AND a fixed point?).
River seemed very accusative at the end there - not kind or understanding at all.

I do love that Rose spared River from being the girl raised to kill. Even though I didn't always like River very much, she absolutely did not deserve the rubbish life she got - and I admired the strength with which she carried it.
I like to think that the Silence and Madam whasserface have already been punished. Rose didn't need to become Bad Wolf again - the last time she was, she saw all that is, was and ever could be. Her name continued well into the future as warning for the end of the universe and, I think, everyone fleeing her now will be seeing it and seeing each other picked off one by one by 'chance' aka Bad Wolf's infinite reach.
