I am so addicted to your fic. It's unique and there's so many good elements about it.
I love the idea of Rose keeping Rory company, I could see those two really getting along. I'm really looking forward to the meeting between the Doctor and Rose. 3

you may have thought it was shorter but so much was packed into that small package! the comfort they are drawing from each other and the way they are attempting to heal each other is warming my heart...keep up the great work.

I think this story is fantastic so far. It's extremely creative and exceptionally written. Rose's portrayal is nicely done and I'm so very sad that Alaric didnt make it, but alas, the show must go on.
I look forward to reading more from you- I see a lot of potential coming out of this story. Can't wait for the next update!

OH MY GOD. I LOVE IT. AND YOU USED MY IDEA, I'M SO HAPPY, THANK YOU (HUGS AND KISSES AND COOKIES)

I like seeing the progression of their friendship. Laughed at the image of Rory attracting bears and fire (poor man) and Larentia having to teach him how to use his built-in gun. I also like how you deal with Larentia's trauma, always leaving at the beginning whenever Rory tries to ask about her past. She is trying to deal with losing an entire universe and her husband. It's hard and I feel so much for her, as I'm sure Rory does as well because of his instinct to help others.

The tentative trust is beautiful to read. How Rory tells Larentia about Amy and Larentia begins to open up bit by bit about pieces of her past, no matter how inconsequential she thinks they are, those moments wiht Mickey and her past life were important. I think it's also great that Rory does get her to laugh freely from time to time and that he knows her so well (or at least, is empathic and reads her well) to see that she laughs when she lies.

Most of all, I love how Larentia asks how Rory can be so good. How he's not bitter. It makes me sad because Rose was a lot like Rory (and I think deep down, she still is) in terms of belief and faith and love. But then so many horrible things happened to her that she's retreated into herself. I love Rory for being patient with her, with everything. He does get bitter from time to time (because of the whole Amy and the Doctor thing) but he keeps going. He does understand Larentia in some ways and I think he also slowly brings out the memories or the parts of Larentia that she buried deep inside.

(as you can tell, I adore Rose and Rory friendships D)

And now Larentia is beginning to trust him and show it. It's just amazing. I'm really frightened and excited for the Doctor to show up. I wonder if Larentia will be forced to join them at the museum, since the universe exploding and all means that the center, the calm of the storm, will be there. Will the universe push Larentia to be there? Or maybe she finds a way to escape? I'm not sure at all but I'm eager to find out. Thanks so much for updating (and putting in Rory and Rose friendship which is my second favourite relationship besides romantic Doctor/Rose 3)
