I think that's the most melancholy HEA fic I've ever read! Beautiful..intense..sad..sweet. You really put those two kids through the ringer..my heart broke for them. And boy you put us through it too..the highs of the 'oh they've got it together now' to the lows of 'oh no they haven't'.
Wondering why it took Edward so long to get to her...if he was struggling emotionally..or needed money..whatever it was..I'll be wondering and thinking about it for a while and that really is the mark of a wonderful story. How long it stays with you.
