I love it. I wish Elena could remember everything. This inspired me to want to return to a story i had come up with a long time and stopped. I want to go back to it but i dont know how to continue it. Some help would be nice. I could feel the emotions of the characters coming off the page while i read.

I was so excited to see this update. After years of it being on hiatus, I couldn't believe it when I saw it. You made some really cool additions and fleshed out the story even more. I'm super pumped to see more in Part II, I hope you stay inspired to write. You're amazing at it.

I think I'm going to claw my own eyes out. You brought us all this way only to have Damon turn around and erase it all? Why the heck would you do that? I really would've hoped he'd value his relationship with Elena enough to sit and think before throwing it all away. I'd love to keep reading, but I think I might have to wait until you've revised/continued part 2, just for the sake of my own emotional wellbeing. I can't believe you left this story like this.
I also really hoped Damon and Elena wouldn't kiss before Comet Day, because that way Damon could've waited to come to terms with his feelings for Elena. Now, since they've already had this conversation, when the tomb is empty, if he goes back to Elena, it'll seem like she's a consolation prize. Which is sad.
Please keep writing; these characters have been through so much and they deserve a happy ending :(
