THIS IS A WELL-WRITTEN STORY WITH A REAL PLOT AND I LOVE IT. THESE ARE SO HARD TO FIND AND I'M GLAD I CLICKED ON IT. I CANNOT WAIT TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, DOES LEO SAVE HIM? WILL WE FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO RAPH THAT NIGHT? WILL THE POT THAT I BURNED SPAGHETTIOS WITH EVER BE CLEANED? WHO KNOWS? NEXT CHAPTER SOON I HOPE AND I'LL BE WAITING FOR IT!

Was very excited to see a new chapter of this in my inbox! Been following it since the beginning, and I had hoped it might someday be continued. I'm glad today is that day, and what a great chapter it was! Everything was tangibly tense, from Donatello and Casey facing Raph to Leo trying to just calmly talk him down from whatever dark place he was mentally. I look forward to seeing the truth explored and finding out where all of this is headed!
I am also glad to hear that, while you went through a dark patch yourself, you are doing better now. Depression can be a very hard beast to deal with, and I hope and pray that you will continue to get better. :)

Hey! I'm so glad you're back! I really missed this story! I'm so sorry you went through such a hard time though; if you ever need to talk, I'm here for you, yeah?
In terms of the story: excellent writing, as per usual, and a riveting storyline. I can't wait for the next chapter! See you next time!

Awesome chapter. I loved Leo's thoughts here and how he seemed to sympathize with Raph's guilt about hurting someone as he should. No one should go through that alone, and I really hope Raph didn't kill himself because that would be horrible. I really like your writing style as it sucks me in every time I read something of yours. I'm sorry you've been going through depression, and I hope you're feeling better. If you need to talk, feel free to PM me. Nicely done on this. I'll be eagerly awaiting an update.

Yay! An update! Finally! I really enjoy the way the suspense is building and I'm wondering what's actually going on. I also love the way you're righting this. It's a little bogged down with details and big words (but that just goes to show what an extensive vocabulary you have), but on the whole extremely engaging and entertaining. Not too mention suspenseful!
Looking forward to the next update! :)

What... Noooo that can't just be IT! I need more! Its so hard to find a good Raph story! I know you haven't updated in a while, but I hope you will sometime soon, even if it seems selfish of me to want more... Please? With an Oreo on top?

Waaaaait a tik - did i read that right? was Raph injected with something during a solo fight with some PD's? o.O And yet i kinda fear he's going nuts. :S
dis all b so funky.
And frustration at the Raphael! y did u not bring the Donatello - or at least call him wen things started getting weird? But of course... because he's Raph. Gah. Grr debr. :
But w8 a tik that last bit sounded like Donny - but Donny wouldn't torment his bro like this. Has Donny found him and he's just going in between reality and the weirdness? Is he somehow mentally connecting the weirdness to Donny? Or is the evil shadow B #% #$ just screwing with Raph further?
Unlike Raphael however - I like mysteries. :P More plz (wen u get the chance).
PS - I will get to NIU and ur drabbles at some point I just haven't gotten there yet. I am slowly working thru my inbox catching up on things.

Once again, awesome use of descriptive phrases that are both fresh and creative! For instance: the sunset leaving the world with a bow like a 'sated magician' - god I loved that! Or when you likened Mikey's eyes to 'glistening like raindrops in sunlight' wow! What a great visual I got - I could see the sparkling pain written in his baby brother's eyes. The fright.
And 'fis swimming through slush, difficult and deadly' - Heh, Do you know why that one works so very evocatively!? Well, you probably know, but lemme tell ya anyway, lol, It works so beautifully because if a fish were to traverse a river of slush, yes, it would be very difficult since fish aren't built to swim through thick muck, but even should that fish make it - yay! FISH! - it would most likely die by the time it crossed the invisible finish line - like the marathon runner from ancient Greece, it would have survived the trials of the journey only to perish at the end. Because it was breathing that muck, that slush. Taking it in with the struggle of moving through it and THUS! a very powerful subconscious link is made between that little imagined doomed, brave fish and Raphael. And dread fills the reader and he/she may not really even know why! THAT! THAT right THERE is effective use of language! WOO! I LOVE IT! XDD
Now pulling back and admiring this as a reader - gosh, there is just like a ghost sitting next to me, kind of smiling and nodding me to keep going, like, no, no, don't stop, just keep reading...you'll see...and it's the tension of this tale - which has a very distinct flavor to it and is VERY different from your other stories and that is something to be very proud of, too! Because that isn't easy! Raphael in this, to me, is still the characterization that I love from you, and yet . . . and yet . . . he is facing very different circumstances in this than in NIU - Here I'm worried for his sanity from within - in that other story I'm worried about external forces bending his mind to their will and eventually breaking it - but here, it's like, I'm afraid, really afraid for Raph but it's like, I can't see right alongside him - like when my kids cry out in the night in utter terror and try to tell me there is someone in the room and I CAN'T SEE it - so I grope in the darkness, swinging my arms around but CAN'T find the source - leaving me helpless and only left to using words to reassure and comfort them back to reasonable calmness. Gosh, I'm ramblin' really good in this review, LOL - but I think, I hope, I'm making sense. God, it's a great read, Red. Really.
This enemy that Raph is facing in this story is internal (or so it seems) and thus there's a dread feeling of helplessness that comes out of me as I read his plight. I want to save him, but I'm not sure how! In NIU, I just want to burst in and kick everyone's booty and set him free with a triumphant roar! :O
And, uh, hey Raph, mysteries bore me and piss me off, too! But not this ONE! XDD Those last lines make me wonder about Donatello and I'm . . . afraid! EEEEE! I can't wait to read more!
