but Ursula tricks Triton into replacing Ariel’s name with his own name on the scroll. While the vows are said, Ariel turns back into a Mermaid, Ursula kidnaps her and the rest will be similar to what happened in the movie

Maybe for Chapter 5 part 2, Ariel and Eric’s wedding should be similar to the crash the wedding scene from the movie

This is good, but it's very rushed and hard to enjoy. Slow down and add a lot more detail. By adding detail, you give your story a even flow thus making the reading experience a lot more pleasurable. Also, another reason why Eric cannot marry a mute woman, although back then women were often supposed to be seen and not heard, this is before women's rights, there would be fear that Ariel would give Eric less then perfect children. He needed perfect male issue to ensure his line. Even though Ariel had her voice taken away from her magically, it can be surmised that there is something wrong with her and she'll pass it onto the child.
Also, Eric cannot just marry anyone. Ariel will need to really impress, back in those days, she'd most likely be a mistress.
I'm not a big Eric and Ariel shipper, but I would like to keep on reading this :) Leah.

I don't really like eric here. Why can't he have a mute queen? Would he be ashamed?
