This meme that Shirou is completely clueless when it comes to technology is just stupid. This is a guy who fixes all manner of machines, and can do structural analysis easily to find out how something works. He'd be aware of such tech, he just wouldn't use it or be familiar with it. He's not a damn caveman. Its no longer funny.
Sorry for the negative rant there, I'll move on to the positives. I like how Minato is smart and aware enough to realize things are seriously off with Shirou and that he may not be all he says he is. He's almost permanently stuck in combat mode when outside, especially with all those unknown aliens in the city he's been sensing. What is going to be telling is if Minato notices how Shirou seems too calm and calculating in this situation, as if he's used to it.
I can't yet till which direction you'll be going with Homura yet, if he was reacting to Shirou or Minato. You did a good job of leaving the encounter perfectly worded as to not tip your hand. I could make a good case as to why it could be either, but I look forward to finding out.

Story is really awesome so far can't wait for more chapters. Really like the addition of Minato being in the story. Gotta ask if you can tell which Sekirei will Shirou wing or at the least can you say how many you have planned so far?

Hmm, I think I'll enjoy this story as long as you keep doing everything like this.
All the words are yours, the style is solid and its pleasant to read. Maybe a bit more dialogue, but its just the first chapter so that's all fine.

A good first chapter, your use of the dna machine and airport scenes as a previously happened event allows you to not just copy in flights first chapter.
The dinner scene was brief but not rushed and it was nice that you didnt automatically have karasuba jump shirou... Although since she has his key card he may wake up with an extra pillow.
All in all a very good start.
