I love the idea of a barbeque and this summer fun! I love the joke Emily made saying Hi to derek. I also like with Derek included Reid with the kids that was funny! You seem to have a great sense of humor and you kept me smiling through the whole chapter!

I really like the story but maybe you could make some line breaks when they talk. It would be way much easier to read! Otherwise great work :)
