All beginning moves as human, unscanned pretty powerful in the beginning just with ectoplasmic shots and ice shot beam and the standard attack similar to ghost stinger like thunder punch probably and probably the standard ghost moves flying , invisibly, intangibility and such.
Highly resistant or immune to ice and electricity .
That should be the beginning he could improve and add additional powers.
Ash's Pikachu was knocked out just with one shot overcoming the attack like was nothing.

I really like this story. It is very interesting. Can Danny ever say anything besides "phant" or is that it? Will he ever turn human again? Acutally, not just human, half-human, half-ghost! Like it! Update!
