Hmm... there's a lot of potential here, one bit that bugs me is that Harry is a little too close to his canon self in both personality and skill in the little that you have shown of him, the chapter being more or less from phoebe's point of view and all. Harry would need a healthy dose of ambition and skill/power to make things work, or an excuse for why he doesn't have them *cough* dumble *cough*
HPverse has merlin as a slytherin student, and Morgana, while unknown if she ever attended, could turn into a bird that might as well have been a raven, it doth tickle my funny bone to see the new merlin with the ravens and the new morgana with the snakes.
