OOOOOH ... Mystery & Suspense levels are indeed rising to new heights. And it's interesting to see that even A Certain General Superintendent is neither infallible, nor (I want to suspect) omniscient, in not forseeing that someone took advantage of his own plans to whisk Academy City away to somewhere in China. And of course, slowly but surely A Certain Level 0 and his harem - to say nothing of others connected to him - are getting sucked into the thick of things.
Your challenge to guess what's behind these current events is accepted - although I'll hold off any speculation of mine until probably your next update.

This was a great rendition of a classic move (I watched it again 2 nights ago). it was almost like an opposite of the original because instead of everyone being worse off, they were better off...in the spirit of the holidays I hope that Vento gets the love she deserves. Along with all of the other lost women like Carissa

Sheesh ... as almost to be expected of Kamijou's misfortune to put him through a scenario like that, but it was a fun read anyway. Perhaps another place and time, A Certain General Superintendent and A Certain Archbishop might be seen commenting on how fortunate (huh?) that Touma was rescued in time, otherwise what it would have done to their respective secret agendas, etc.
Works for me.
