Not gonna lie, when it said chapter "69" and "noice," I thought someone was about to get laid

I would be lying if I said I was not dissapointed...
First of. WHAT THE HELL!
I get that there needs to be a but of brainstorming for this fanfic series. But still, WHAT. THE. HELL. This was left UNTOUCHED for at least HALF A YEAR! NO WARNING AND SHIT, JUST STOPPED UPDATES FOR AROUND HALF A YEAR!
On the bright side, at least you bothered to update it. If there is gonna be a hiatus, at least update it in your bio. So that we do not get hangnails from waiting for the next chapter to appear.
But still, I hope you have some explanation, or better yet, a serious update schedule. All of us fans, both new and old, have some beef with this sudden half year long hiatus of sorts. Please update soon. Next week is best, with an explanation on your future update schedule.
Also, seriously. What the hell. Update your bio damn it.

Don't worry about the slow update.
As long as you can manage to post new chapters then all is good.
That said while the girl were busy fighting, the Touman was busy playing. _

I guess a coordinated combination of folks with various powers and abilities could at least hold their own in a fight against Thor; still, it seemed that it was that rather unexpected intervention that at least drove him off, this time.
Of all the places Touma gets dragged off to, with a handful of the harem, he ends up a a resort that his parents are staying at the same time. Those back in Academy City will likely be (politely speaking) "no amused" to find that out. Perhaps one or more of them will sense "a disturbance in the Force", after things settle down, relatively speaking, after the fight with Thor.
Well, notwithstanding all your other endeavors, I'm glad to see this work being updated. Carry On, Then.

This is a great fic! Excellent plots for each of the arcs, and a ton of moments that made me laugh out loud. Like the line about Bill just tying Touma up and half the room realizing that ropes could have let them win. That was hilarious! Great writing!

Didn't both Gunha and Mikoto see the dragons from his arm during Daihaseisai? In fact, doesn't Gunha even say he'd like to fight the damn thing one day (he's a bit crazy that way)? What are they so scared of? Also, how strong is the dragon thing inside Touma anyways? It destroys Fianna, but gets crushed by Othinus in her magic god mode, but then completely mauls Kakeru (who easily kills even stronger magic gods) (is it a matchup issue? Gods Dragon world rejector Gods?). Another factor which is mentioned in the wiki is that there's a bit of a placebo effect w/ this dragon thing, so it doesn't come out if Touma doesn't notice his imagine breaker is blown off.
You know, since espers have their own personal realities, and manifesting it into the world is how they use powers, do stronger espers have a more twisted outlook on life? It would explain why basically every level 5 has some issue: (accelerator: apathetic or psychotic, Kakine: jealous/crazy, Mugino: psychotic murderer, Misaki: 0 regard for other people's free will, Gunha: believes he's a superhero, Mikoto: unstable emotional control). Granted that Mikoto and Misaki are relatively far less crazy than the others, but that'd explain a lot.
Anyways, fun chapter. Reading about Gunha's nonsensical fight scenes are always fun. (lets say they tend to be 'unfettered by logic')

The idea that Kamijou's desperate attempts to find someone to help save Index's memories being answered by Misaki unbeknownst to him is a great one, and makes a lot of sense. He mostly gives up on the idea in canon since he doesn't have any money or influence as a lowly level 0, and the person he wants to help is essentially a trespasser to the city (he even remarks that a level 5 should have memory manipulating ability, but he doesn't know how to contact her or convince her). But it's been shown multiple times how Misaki trusts Touma due to their shared past (which he can't remember), as well as the implication that Touma and Seria did know each other. So I can see Seria or Misaki finding out about it through via the researchers he called and then trying to help him. Plus, with Seria's high position in academy city hierarchy, it wouldn't be too difficult to figure out about Touma's second memory loss. Besides the fact that Touma can somehow now remember Misaki (which he canonically can't, since any new memory is wiped clean), the rest of his connection to those two characters are done very well and convincingly and mostly in line with what we know from canon.
I love the attention to minor details, like how Gunha (and everyone else) doesn't seem to know how his powers work at all, Maria going to the same maid school as Maika, etc. Their characterization seems spot on as well. You even put in the whole catching 30% railgun w/ teeth thing, which was from a side story. The attention to detail regarding Itsuwa's arrangement was also clever, since bringing anyone from magic side into a certain high school brings the issue that Index was not allowed to transfer in due to the risk of information breach (especially w/ her perfect memory). One can tell that this author really knows this universe and characters.

Wait, how could Touma possibly remember Misaki? He has a very specific and nonsensical brain damage that prevents him from remembering any long term memory regarding her, iirc. (pretty sure the brain doesn't work that way). Even if she works through someone else, as long as that information is classified under 'something to do with Misaki', it doesn't get stored in long term memory.
(then again, it's about as equally stupid as Seria's intelligence giving her superpowers (immunity to mental out, ability to 'control people's hearts' to beat them (how exactly does psychology prevent Tsuchimikado from shooting her in the face?)))
Awaki meeting Aisa should be... interesting to say the least. As much as Awaki angsted about power hurting people, she did have the option of just not using it to hurt people (which Kuroko points out during their fight), and she only got the power b/c she chose to go through the power development program. But Himegami is an actual tragic figure whose very presence should put Musujime to shame (then again, I don't think she's smart enough to figure it out, since she seems to find basic logic a difficult concept). Himegami is a gemstone, which means she never asked for esper powers, but happened to be born with one. Himegami's powers are always active and only serves to kill people (she doesn't have the option of not hurting others with her ability, until magic provides a mean to seal her power). Himegami is also a good person who protected others and worked with Aureous to try to help him save another person, whereas Awaki went on to hurt a ton of people in a completely hypocritical crusade.
Anyways, interesting setup so far, except for that minor weirdness about Misaki. I guess if you want to give everyone a fair shot, having Touma completely be unable to remember Misaki would be a tough issue to navigate (then again, isn't the whole tragic memory love story the foundation of Toaru series? the very first arc is about Touma losing his memory and concealing it to protect Index's happiness (and can't reciprocate on her feelings b/c it's directed at 'touma from before'))
