Another great chapter. I never thought of this as a possible crossover. Another thing Sam should think of is how spidey is shooting his webs from his wrists. Especially so much without some visible form of carrying it.

I'm surprised at how well this story works. The girls' good hearts and hilarious antics are an incredible match for Peter and Spider-Man. Actually, now that I think about it, the current animated version of SHIELD is very similar to WOOHP with all of its implausible spy tech scattered everywhere it shouldn't be and very straight faced humor.
It's a shame that I don't remember any heroes operating in California until the X-Men moved there, so there won't be any of the always fun impromptu hero team ups that Spider-Man is famous for. Hm, then again, there are guys like Hulk, Blade, and Ghostrider who can be pretty globetrotter-y, and the girls don't usually do much local work, so I might get to see some team ups after all.
While the slapstick of the girls trying to get close to Spider-Man is fun, you'll have to wrap it up sooner or later. Probably after a city/world saving team up that firms the girls stance that Spidey is a good guy and they shouldn't "bring him in" like a suspect. I suggest having Jerry just walk up to him and offer him a job a la Nick Fury in the first episode of Ultimate Spider-Man. Which sets the perfect stage for a scene later on where the girls get mad at Peter because he actually gets /called/ in instead of /summoned/ like they are, due to his abilities making him immune to standard WOOHP contact methods.
I liked the Big Bang Bandits.
Wait, the big bad for this arc is Kingpin? Oh snap, that's bad. Not nearly as bad as Osborn, but still not anywhere near good. Looks like we'll be seeing some of the best hit(wo)men in Marvel, seeing as that's how Fisk likes handling his problems as I recall. Electra, Bullseye, maybe Deadpool or Kraven...this could get bloody.
You know, you could just take the Bugle national. Have Jameson overseeing the opening of a new branch in Beverly Hills. Then you get the best of both worlds.

Really? They're trying the 'Fake A Crime' tactic to lure Spider-man out?
It works, but... weren't they trying to bring him in?
Guess that didn't work so well.
And I think it's funny that just because Alex and Clover have short hair they are automatically chosen to be the 'bad guys' for this little farce.
And nice to see that they are at least trying to live normal lives here as students.
As for the Supervillain, my first guess is Kingpin.
It seemed a little short, but it was a nice read.

That could be the Kingpin.
The stakes are definitely higher and certainly a dark themed story, as a terrorist group known as HYDRA infiltrated WOOHP with lots of sleeper agents as they blow up the whole building into smithereens. Only Jerry and a few loyal agents survived the explosion. The mastermind of the horrific attack is none other than but his twin brother Terrence who now have joined HYDRA. Elsewhere, SHIELD wants to recruit Spiderman to join them and Fury told the spies of the terrible news about the fall of WOOHP. There should a crossover with one of the Avengers as they face of one of their powerful enemy Ultron.
It would be awesome if you include Nova, Iron Fist, Powerman and White Tiger in the story as Peter's other new friends as they enter high school together.

Hrm... not really a whole lot to say on this chapter. You might do with a proofreader or two for some general stuff to make it look cleaner, but in terms of actual substance, I can't think of much that needs to be addressed this time.
Regarding Spider-Man's quips and taunts, the only advice I can think to give, is to watch some of the cartoons (at least the 60's and 90's Spider-Man cartoons, as they're what I'm more familiar with) and see if that helps you get a better feel for our favorite friendly neighborhood wall-crawler's signature wit.
