Well I only just found this but it's interesting so far. I noticed that the pairing is only with Sam and Clover, personally I think Alex is a much better fit than Clover as Clover is the type that Peter has never been seen dating before. I do hope you add in Alex to the romantic plot in the story given she would be more interested in his physical abilities.
I'm kind of wondering why you made them this young, I would have made it like their second years as spies or senior maybe if not college but that's just me.
I'm also surprised you didn't have Peter comment on what they were wearing while 'jogging'. Could have had one of the girls for instance just say they were new suits for jogging or something to BS their way through the scene.
Some scenes though feel more like exposition then actually telling the story, like you're just rushing through them like with the kid in the fire in this chapter. there was no actual dialogue for instance, no real point of view and felt very stiff. Try to avoid that in the future as it's not like there's a limit to how much you can put in a chapter to take advantage of that and don't be afraid to explore scenes a bit more at times.
Overall it is an interesting story and I do hope to see more of this.

I'm not sure who that mystery judge was but I hope you can tell us soon and update your story you only got eight chapters so far not to mention that boy wouldn't tell Spider-Man from Superman if he were reading comic books Spider-Man is a Marvel hero Superman is a DC hero there's quite a difference also Spider-Man doesn't wear a cape and Superman doesn't wear a mask Spider-Man also doesn't fly not unless he had a web glider and Superman can't stick to walls either way I hope you update this soon maybe the spies can actually reveal Spider-Man that they are spies and he can reveal to them that he is Peter Parker and together they can stop the Kingpin

Maybe it's best if you leave the Daily Bugle out of this story as well as Jameson I never liked that bloody bastard even before I got to know him that guy has been always major prick in Spidey's behind the guy is all like " He doesn't want to be famous then I'll make him infamous" faceit James Jonah Jameson his opinion on the spider is nothing but crap and not the kind you want to eat up besides he's wrong about the spider and I know because I've been on that Spider-Man ride in Universal believe me the Sinister Six they were the worst I've ever seen there was that symbiote character that Scream she was almost like Venom then there's Hydro-Man that aquatic monster was wetting me there's Hobgoblin and of course Electro they also had Doc Ock as the leader I'm trying to remember what the six-member was
