Noooo I wasn't prepared for the bittersweet feel trip ;_;
When I stumbled across this and realized just what it was about I almost didn't want to read further (but what no how could I not) aND THIS Is beAUTIFUL. And sad. And so tear-jerking-ly so beautiful & beautifully-written.

Oh my god I almost cried. No, I'm deathly serious. I don't think anything's ever affected me as much. You should turn this into a story, have the guardians come back or show something like Jack keeping the holiday's up or whatever, you're the author
